Initial Deposit & Security Deposit Requirements to Reserve  

-The full rental fee and signed rental agreement are due to secure your event date. The rental deposit is 50% refundable with 120 day notice.
-Second installment is due 90 days prior to the event which is 50% of the remaining estimated cost for bar services, rental, labor, and catering when applicable.
-Final installment is due 15 days prior to event is which the remaining cost for bar services, rental, labor, and catering when applicable along with the refundable $2000 security deposit.

Service Taxes And Fees On Alcohol Beverages:
All beverages are subject to a 22% service charge and 8.9% sales tax applied to beverage and service costs. An additional 3% sales tax applies to all liquor charges.

Staff Charges:
A fee of $225 per Bartender, $225 per Barback, and $225 per Beverage Server is applicable for all bar service options. One bartender is required for every 50-75 guests, and one barback plus one beverage server are required for every two bartenders. All events require one venue facility manager $225.

How many people can The 1904 accommodate for an event?
The venue can accommodate over 300 guests. The 1904 is comprised of five separate spaces: the pre function area, main event room, custom bar room, garden room, roof top along with one bridal suite. Capacities vary for each room.  The rental rate includes the entire venue.
What catering packages are available?

What style of food do you serve?
Ibiza Event Catering, The 1904’s in house catering  offers a variety of cuisines to suite all tastes. If you want it, we can make it!
What is provided for venue fee?
Your venue fee includes an eight hour block of time,  tables, chairs, lounge furniture, security officer for night events. You may opt for additional services including custom décor, dance floor, linens, specialty china and flatware…
What is included with Bar/ Beverage Package?

Do you offer a list of approved vendors or may I choose my own?
• We have partnered with several event vendors, from photographers to florists to bakeries, and can provide a list of suggestions upon request. You are also welcome to choose your own.
• The 1904. Is the exclusive holder of a liquor license. All beverage services are though The 1904.
• Ibiza Event Catering is the in house caterer and led by the founders of The 1904. Other approved caterer is Bold Catering. Outside caterers upon approval with a fee.
Can we take bridal photos at the venue?
Yes, you may arrive early to take photos in the venue or on the rooftop; however, this must be arranged in advance to ensure ample time for set up prior to your event. A la carte hours available for add on.
How many people can fit on the rooftop?
The rooftop is approximately 1,500 square feet with room for 120 for a seated ceremony or 175 standing room.
Can I hold my event on the rooftop only?
Yes! You may choose to utilize the rooftop only for your event; however, so that we may ensure the best possible experience for our guests, we do not book portions of the space to multiple parties.
What is the parking like?
Parking at The 1904 is limited to approximately 20 spaces. We recommend that your guests use ride share services like Uber or Lyft. There are options to add-on more parking spaces through contacting Valet and adjacent parking lots.
How far in advance can I book?
You may book 24 months in advance.
What kind of deposit is required to hold my event?
A deposit of 50% of the total event cost is required to hold your date.
Do you offer food tastings?
Yes, we offer food tastings for events of 100 persons or more. A non-refundable deposit of $200 is required to book a tasting and will be credited back on the final catering invoice.
Can I book the venue for a few hours?
Rental rates are based per day; however, exceptions may be made for non-peak times or open dates at the discretion of the owners.

Can I bring in an outside vendor to handle alcohol?
The 1904 handles all beverages in house, both non-alcoholic and alcohol.

Do you have Audio/ Visual for meetings?
The 1904 has a basic inventory of AV equipment that includes one 90” TV monitor, three wireless handheld microphones, and two speakers. For events with large AV needs with work with the following partners:

Is there a brides’ room or dressing room?
Yes, we have a bridal room.  It’s recommended that you arrive dressed and photo ready. Our bridal suite has three stations for hair and make up and is meant for touch ups only.
