Reception: Stepping indoors, your guests are greeted by a stunning overview of the venue, with floor-to-ceiling windows showcasing the abundant greenery of Piedmont Park and Atlanta’s distinctive skyline. Soft seating invites them to take a moment to chat with friends or to steal away for a quiet moment in the midst of the event.
Main Ballroom/Event Area: Versatile and oh-so-customizable, the beautiful space, flanked by floor-to-ceiling windows on one side and white-washed brick on the other, can be reconfigured in multiple ways to include a band or DJ, dance floor and table seating for large events. This completely open area has no support beams or columns to obstruct views—making every seat in the house a great one.
The Bar: Giving moody, speakeasy vibes, The 1904 bar is a destination unto itself. You’ll find guests gravitating to this cozy spot to lounge on velvety sofas and chat at high tops while sampling signature cocktails, draft and bottled beers and an extensive wine list. A 400-square-foot wine wall and library ladder pay homage to the former occupant, a landmark Atlanta restaurant, One Midtown Kitchen.
The Garden Room: The perfect location for smaller, more intimate events or the ideal spot to have a quiet conversation just steps away from the main event. Sunlight streams through floating floor-to-ceiling panoramic accordion windows by day—another piece preserved from the historic landmark—but in the evenings, the Atlanta skyline takes center stage.
The Rooftop: Whether it’s sunshine or starlight you crave, the rooftop at The 1904 obliges. By day, Piedmont Park’s lush foliage and Atlanta’s iconic skyline provide a stunning backdrop for weddings and parties of any kind. In the evening, bistro lighting transforms the space into a romantic spot for drinks amidst the treetops and dancing under the stars. Multiple power sources ensure a high-fidelity event. Specially constructed to accommodate large gatherings for up to 120 people, it’s like having two complete venues in one! During the holidays, you’ll also enjoy views of the Atlanta Botanical Gardens’ Garden Lights celebration.The structure is supported by custom steel beams that were trucked in from Texas and craned up to the second floor. The terrace was designed to float above the main ballroom, with no support beams or columns in the ballroom below that might obstruct guests’ views. The rooftop is truly a crowning glory of the venue.
Ladies lounge/bridal suite: The perfect spot to apply the finishing touches, featuring a floor-length mirror, three makeup and hair stations with sinks, as well as refrigerator to chill beverages for a special toast.

Service Taxes And Fees On Alcohol Beverages:
All beverages are subject to a 22% service charge and 8.9% sales tax applied to beverage and service costs. An additional 3% sales tax applies to all liquor charges.
Staff Charges:
A fee of $225 per Bartender, $225 per Barback, and $225 per Beverage Server is applicable for all bar service options. One bartender is required for every 50-75 guests, and one barback plus one beverage server are required for every two bartenders. All events require one venue facility manager $225.
